Something wrong in the app

Write to hello@ruzylo.dev and say what happened. Your device, your iOS version, and what you were doing when it went wrong are usually enough to find it. A person reads every message.

Refunds and billing

If you bought on the App Store, Apple takes the payment and Apple issues the refund — ask for one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot refund an Apple purchase from our side — that is how Apple's billing works, not a policy of ours.

If you bought on this website, the payment ran through Stripe and we can act on it directly. Email hello@ruzylo.dev.
