Who this is between
These terms govern your use of One Thing, an Ardenholt program operated by Ruzylo Cloud, LLC ("we", "us"). Using One Thing means you agree to them.
The service
One Thing is software provided as-is: a place to put every open loop in your head and be handed one of them at a time. We work to keep it running and useful, but we offer no uptime guarantee and no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, except where the law requires one.
Not medical advice
One Thing is a focus tool. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a medical device. It does not assess you for ADHD or any other condition, does not interpret symptoms, and makes no clinical judgment of any kind. Talk to your clinician before you start, stop, or change any medication or treatment, and never set aside professional advice because of something you read here.

What you pay, and what that buys
One Thing has no price yet. Nothing can be bought here today, and no figure appears on this site because none has been set. The price is published on the program page before launch and before any purchase is possible.
When it is published, these are the terms it will be published under, and they are stated now so that they cannot be quietly rewritten later.

- No trial that converts into a subscription without a plain, separate decision to buy.
- No tier holding part of your own pile behind it.
- Thirty days, money back, no reasons needed — attached to whatever the price turns out to be.
- No advertising and no sale of what you wrote down, at any price.
The thirty-day guarantee
Thirty days, money back, on every platform, with no exceptions and no reasons asked. This is a term of the program rather than a courtesy we may withdraw, and it attaches to the price on the day a price exists.
Bought from us: write to privacy@ruzylo.dev and the payment comes back. Bought through Apple: Apple handles refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com under its own policy — and if Apple declines inside our thirty days, write to us and we make it right ourselves.
Your tasks are unaffected either way, because they were never anywhere but your device.
Your account, if you ever make one
You do not need an account to use One Thing. Account — optional, always: dumping the pile and being handed one thing back asks for nothing at all, no email address and no sign-in.
If an account is ever offered, it exists to prove what you own: an email address and a license key, never your tasks, your notes, or anything else you put into the app. What you dump never leaves your device; an account holds licenses, never your life. We run no server holding your pile, which means we cannot read it, restore it, or hand it to anyone who asks.
If you do make one, keep your sign-in link and any key private, and tell us at privacy@ruzylo.dev if you believe either has been misused.
Acceptable use
- Do not use One Thing to harm anyone.
- Do not break, probe, or reverse-engineer the service, except where the law permits it.
- Do not use it for spam, harassment, or anything illegal.
Ending it
You can stop using One Thing whenever you like: delete the app and nothing of yours is left behind on our side, because nothing of yours was there. We may suspend access if we reasonably believe these terms are being broken, with notice where that is feasible.
Liability
To the maximum extent the law permits, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of One Thing is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, and disputes will be resolved in the state and federal courts located there.
Changes
If we make a material change we will update this sheet and the effective date at its head, and write once to anyone on the register. Continuing to use One Thing after a change means you accept it.
